In honour of Pride Month, I wanted to dedicate this flash artwork, Higher Self, to all those who embody the courage of self-expression and the light that emerges when we embrace who we truly are.

Radiating with luminous colours, the crown becomes a symbol of self-recognition—a celebration of identity, individuality, and personal transformation. Each colour carries its own resonance: red for life, orange for healing, yellow for sunlight, green for nature, blue for harmony and peace, and violet for spirit. Together, they form a spectrum that honours the many ways we move through the world and come to know ourselves.

Inspired by the many ways people grow into themselves, the piece reflects the understanding that becoming is not a destination but an ongoing unfolding. The radiant colours woven throughout the crown honour diversity, creativity, and the beauty that emerges when authenticity is allowed to shine.
