The exhibition invited artists to reinterpret works from the Museum’s collection through immersive, multidisciplinary installations.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"1067\"\u003eEn Masse — a Montréal-based collaborative drawing project — was commissioned to transform one of the Museum’s largest galleries, covering over 4,200 square feet of wall space. Working from an original piece by A. R. Penck, alongside imagery from the Museum’s collection, the collective developed an expansive black-and-white environment through layered drawing, mark-making, and improvisation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1367\"\u003eOver ten days, a team of 33 artists executed the installation directly onto the walls using scaffolding and lift systems, resulting in a monumental fresco. The work reimagined drawing as an immersive spatial experience, dissolving boundaries between individual authorship and collective creation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1626\"\u003eThough temporary, the installation was documented before being painted over at the close of the exhibition.
